Pictures from Edmonton

So, our new camera takes amazing pictures. Unfortunately, their high quality means that the files are huge. Until we figure out how to make the files smaller, I maybe won't be posting too much. So, no pictures from last weekend. You will just have to take my word for it that it was CRAAAAAZZZZY.

Also, I made a video of a penguin who was running at me. He almost stepped on my toes. It was very exciting.

Best Girlfriend Ever

So, I think that I am now the best girlfriend ever. Saturday was the one year anniversary for me and Zenon. How did we spend it? In Edmonton, on Whyte Ave, at a bar, watching the hockey game. I even wore Oilers gear. You can guess whose idea this weekend was. We didn't even go out for dinner, unless you consider nachoes at the bar going out for dinner (which I don't). I'll post pictures and tell stories later. Since you all know my feelings on hockey, and you probably know my feelings on crowds and drunkeness, you can see how I scored major bonus points this weekend.

In other news, there's a hippopotamous in my life right now that I'm not ready to talk about yet. Suffice to say, if I don't seem like myself these days, don't be offended, it's not you.
