Things I should probably mention

1. Zenon and I now have a roommate. His name is Brad. He and Zenon have been friends since they were both little little. Even though Brad lives with us, we don't see him much. He brought a very big TV with him which is now in our living room. We like Brad.

2. I am making my first actual knitting project in a while. It is a bag. I think that it will look neat and carry paperbacks when it is done. I will post pictures later.

3. About posting pictures - Zenon and I haven't found the cables to connect his digital camera to the computer since we moved. Someday we will post pictures, though.

4. I have booked my vacation at work. I will be home between July 24 and Aug 5 or so. I still haven't booked a flight or anything, but that is when I'm expecting to come home.

5. I like ice cream.

6. My plants are not doing well. Except for my African violet, of course, which is fluorishing. I am worried about the others. I am not sure what has gone wrong.

7. I don't know how to spell "fluorishing". Is it "flourishing"? I will have to look it up.

Now we know I was right

I thought that the last drink would be one too many.

I am going to spend the day on the couch drinking tea and watching Annie Hall.
